Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email. Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out as soon as possible! We'll do our best to help if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Something arrived damaged or missing?
We're so sorry — that's never the experience we want you to have. Email us a photo and your order number and we'll make it right immediately.

Do you offer gift messages?
