Where We Ship
Tropical Pup Co. currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States, including Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii, where carrier service is available. Available shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping: $4.99
FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $50 or more
Express Shipping: $15.00
Standard shipping generally arrives within 3–5 business days after shipment. Express shipping generally arrives within 1–2 business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.
Order Processing
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.
P.O. Boxes
Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes may have limited shipping options depending on the carrier. Available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when tracking is available. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking after your label has been created.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible at tropicalpupco@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipped.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Tropical Pup Co. is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, service interruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your package arrives damaged, appears to be lost, or there is another delivery issue, please contact us at tropicalpupco@gmail.com with your order number so we can assist you.
International Shipping
International shipping availability may be introduced in the future. Any available international destinations, shipping rates, duties, taxes, and delivery options will be displayed at checkout.
