Where We Ship

At this time, Tropical Pup Co. ships within the continental United States only. We do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): $5.99
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $12.99

Shipping times are estimated from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.

P.O. Boxes

We accept P.O. Box addresses for Standard Shipping only. Expedited Shipping requires a physical street address.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at tropicalpupco@gmail.com.

Carrier Delays

Tropical Pup Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or other circumstances outside of our control.
